(405 North Perry Street, Suite 5 Lawrenceville, GA 30046) and managed by TSW Design (1447 Peachtree St NE Ste 850, Atlanta, GA 30309) in the amount of $299,102.38 to paid using 2024 CIP - ARPA funding and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
