ATH2025-003 Authorization to increase sewer rate per thousand gallons from $8.99 to $9.30 effective April 1, 2025, to be billed on the May 2025 utility bills, and to recognize that Cobb County Water approved a 3.5% increase to the wholesale sewer rate charged to the wholesale customers effective April 1, 2025.

CHOR2025-002 Approval of change order to revise the ramps for the speed humps at each bridge on the local access lanes the Windy Hill Road contract with Baldwin Paving, (1014 Kenmill Dr. N.W., Marietta, GA 30060) in the amount of $68,095.64 and close the local access lanes eastbound from 8:00 pm January 17, 2025 until 5:00am Monday January 20, 2025 to allow construction without constructing temporary lanes at an additional cost and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
