(756 White Blossom Court, Powder Springs, Ga, 30127) in the amount of $260,000.00 to construct a Timber Frame Pavilion at North Cooper Lake Park (4201 North Cooper Lake Road, Smyrna, Ga 30080) and amend the budget to add $260,000.00 to the SPLOST project line item to be funded by General Fund reserves.
