A. | 2024-310 Adoption of a Supplemental Bond Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of the Downtown Smyrna Development Authority Revenue Bonds, Federally Taxable Series 2024 |

B. | 2024-312 Approve all documents incident to the transaction with the Smyrna First Baptist Church, involving the sale of 3030, 3040 and 3050 Atlanta Road and the purchase of 1275 Church Street including but not limited to deeds, a lease, closing statement and all closing documents and authorize the chairman and/or other officer of the DDA to sign and execute all related documents. |

C. | AGR2024-053 Approve an Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Real Property with Piedmont Forrest Corporation regarding the purchase of 2.39 acres located at 1088 Concord Road SE, Smyrna, Ga in the sum of $1,712,500.00 and authorize the chairman and/or other officer of the DDA to execute the agreement and all related closing documents. |
